This notice describes how the current version of Workminute Tools handles information. Last updated September 13, 2026.
Information entered into the tools
The calculators and generators run in your browser. Workminute does not currently receive the numbers, names, notes or other information you enter into a tool.
Local browser storage
Some forms automatically save a draft using local storage in your browser. The Smart Work Planner and Work Interruption Log also save their current information and history on that device. Workminute does not currently receive this information. It remains in that browser until you delete it inside Workminute, clear browser data or remove it through your browser settings.
Downloads and printing
When you download, copy or print a result, your browser performs that action. Review workplace information before sharing it and avoid entering confidential or personal information unless you are authorized to handle it on your device.
Privacy-friendly website analytics
Workminute uses first-party analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It stores a random browser identifier, the page visited, broad device type, country code and referring website domain. The identifier is changed into a one-way hash before storage. Workminute does not store visitor names, email addresses, tool entries or IP addresses for analytics, and it does not use third-party advertising cookies. You can reset the anonymous identifier by clearing this site’s browser storage.
Accounts, Pro and payments
Customer accounts, recurring billing and automatic Pro access are not connected in the current version. Workminute does not currently collect account passwords or payment information. The account page is clearly marked as a preview and its fields are disabled.
Third-party recommendations
Links to optional third-party services open those providers’ websites, where their own terms and privacy practices apply. The current recommendation links are standard links and do not pay Workminute a commission. Any future affiliate link will be clearly labelled.
Changes
This notice may change as the site adds features. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the handling of information changes.
