This notice describes how the current version of Workminute Tools handles information. Last updated September 4, 2026.
Information entered into the tools
The calculators and generators run in your browser. Workminute does not currently receive the numbers, names, notes or other information you enter into a tool.
Local browser storage
Some forms automatically save a draft using local storage in your browser. Floor Mode also saves the current shift, completed shift history and corrective actions on that device. Workminute does not currently receive this information. It remains in that browser until you delete it inside Workminute, clear browser data or remove it through your browser settings.
Downloads and printing
When you download, copy or print a result, your browser performs that action. Review workplace information before sharing it and avoid entering confidential or personal information unless you are authorized to handle it on your device.
Analytics and advertising
The current version does not include third-party advertising or advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising is introduced later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those services are enabled.
Changes
This notice may change as the site adds features. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the handling of information changes.
