PATH 01

Track a live shift

Use this path when production is running and you need to capture lost time while it is still fresh.

STEP 1

Open Floor Mode

From the home page, tap the blue Start a live shift button. You can also choose Floor Mode from the top menu.

STEP 2

Choose the cause and start the timer

Select Equipment, Materials, Staffing, Changeover, Cleaning, Quality, Waiting or Other. Tap Start downtime when work stops. Tap Stop & save when production resumes.

Quick tip: If the event already ended, enter the minutes manually instead.

Pick the cause first so the event is categorized automatically.
STEP 3

Finish the shift and assign the fix

Tap Finish shift to save the summary. Shift History ranks recurring causes. Open Corrective Actions and give the most important fix one owner and one due date.

A simple way to begin today

    Open Floor Mode on the phone you will use.Enter the area or line and choose the shift.

  2. 2

    Record every stop longer than your team’s chosen limit.Consistency matters more than perfect detail.

  3. 3

    Finish the shift and review the top cause.Do not try to fix every category at once.

  4. 4

    Create one corrective action.Add an owner, due date and a clear result to verify.
