Stop retyping inquiries
Capture a request once, create a lead record, and prepare a reply for review.
Form Spreadsheet Email draft
See the steps
- Make a small intake form. Collect a name, reply address and request. Use a form you already have if it does the job.
- Save one row per inquiry. Include its submission ID, received date and status. Check the ID before adding a row so retries do not create duplicates.
- Prepare the reply. Map the request into a draft email. Have someone check it before sending during the trial.
- Try the failure cases. Submit a duplicate and a missing field. Confirm the original inquiry is still available if the spreadsheet connection fails.
- Measure 20 inquiries. Compare processing time with your baseline, including checks and corrections.
A useful first result: one accurate record per inquiry, with a draft that needs less work than typing from scratch.
